Mission
To promote socio-cultural and economic growth thru sustained agri-based and technological development, balanced ecology, social justice, provide effective and efficient delivery of basic services in a peace and God-loving community with active participation of all sectors.
Goals
- Progressive socio-economic of modernization of Guinobatan through the ARANDURUGAN concept “Bayanihan Principle”.
- Maximize and intensify environmental/ecological developmental undertaking to promote tourism and investment growth in the area.
- Fast track deliveries and maintained accessibility of social services to constituent.
- Pursue socio-economic growth endeavor to uplift the lives and conditions of the Guinobateños.
Fiscal Policies
- Equitable distribution and allocation of LGU resources and ensure public accountability.
- Solicit/source-out external funds from national government, provincial government, NGA’s and NGO’s and internal sectors that will finance LGU programs/projects to ensure socio-economic growth.
- Intensify and strengthened tax information campaign and collections.
- Full implementation in the sharing scheme of LGU funds/resources for the programs of the component barangays.
